Your drawings are carefully detailed for process considerations and reviewed by our advance quality planning team prior to tooling construction. Extra capacity in our modern melting, core making, molding and cleaning facilities enables G & C to deliver your requirements on time.

Hunter 20 molds are poured quickly on our programmable/accumulating mold handling carousel for high quality and maximum production.
A very modern and low cost coreless electric melt shop duplexes hot metal into tandem electric holding furnaces. One holds gray iron base metal and the other ductile iron base metal. This ample supply of hot metal affords precise chemistry, and continuous delivery to high speed molding lines.
